Technologist
Banking technology.
Twenty-five years. Three eras of banking.
For close to twenty-five years, I have helped shape the software that banking depends on, developing deep expertise in financial systems and enterprise architecture. My work spans banking data, risk and regulatory systems, cloud-based financial-services platforms and, increasingly, artificial intelligence. It is grounded in building solutions for institutions ranging from microfinance providers in developing countries to some of the world’s largest banks, across North America, Europe and the Middle East.
I have worked through three phases of banking technology: systems that record, platforms that connect and AI agents that act. Throughout that evolution, banking has remained my domain, giving me a distinctive perspective on how each generation inherits the strengths and limitations of the last. Today, I bring that accumulated knowledge to autonomous AI, defining the architecture, governance and controls that allow intelligence to act within clear boundaries of authority, evidence and accountability.
